He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul.

You've been running on empty so long you forgot what full feels like.
This is your permission to stop.
Not because you've earned it — but because the One who made you says you need it.

Notice the language here: He makes me lie down. Sometimes God doesn't wait for you to choose rest — He pulls you into it. Because He knows what you won't admit: you're breaking. The world tells you to grind harder, sleep less, do more. But the Creator of the universe designed you with a need for stillness. Not as a luxury. As a requirement. The green pastures aren't a reward for finishing your to-do list. They're where He's been waiting for you this whole time.
