GodsPrompts is an independently operated content website that takes one Psalm from the Bible each day and presents it as a "divine prompt" — a verse, an emotional echo, and a modern interpretation. Our content. The original writing on this Site — the emotional echoes, the modern interpretations, the curation, the design, the layout, and any associated branding ("GodsPrompts" name, logo, visual identity) — is owned by GodsPrompts and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Bible text. The Psalm verses we publish use the World English Bible (WEB) translation, which is in the public domain. You're free to share the verses themselves.
Your content. If you send us a message, testimony, prayer request, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, anonymize, and publish it (e.g., as a testimonial), unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
When you subscribe to our daily email, you'll receive a confirmation request and then daily Psalm prompts at the email address you provided. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
We send emails through Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — see our Privacy Policy for details.
We don't send promotional emails for third parties. You won't get spam.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in full effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and GodsPrompts regarding your use of the Site, and they supersede any prior agreements.
One-time purchases (Prompt Packs). All sales are final on digital downloads. Because Prompt Packs are delivered immediately to your inbox the moment your payment processes and the PDF is irrevocably yours to keep, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you experience a technical issue receiving your download — the email never arrives, the link is broken, the file won't open — email admin@godsprompts.com within 48 hours of purchase and we'll make it right.
GodsPrompts Pro (monthly subscription). You can cancel anytime by emailing admin@godsprompts.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you keep access to every PDF you've downloaded. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
Discretionary refunds. We reserve the right to issue a refund at our discretion in genuine error cases — duplicate charges, unauthorized purchases, accidental clicks. Email admin@godsprompts.com to make a request. Decisions are case-by-case.
Chargebacks. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first at admin@godsprompts.com so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first may result in restrictions on future purchases.
