Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 19, 2026 · Last Updated: May 20, 2026

GodsPrompts ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit godsprompts.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

We try to collect as little as possible. Specifically:

Information you give us directly:

  • Email address — when you subscribe to receive daily Psalms by email through our signup form.
  • Messages you send us — if you email us at admin@godsprompts.com or use our contact form.

Information collected automatically:

  • Standard log data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps. This is collected by our hosting provider (Webflow), marketing email platform (Kit, formerly ConvertKit), transactional email provider (Resend, for purchase confirmation emails), payment processor (Stripe, for purchases and receipts), and content delivery network (Cloudflare, for hosting purchased PDFs and processing purchase webhooks) to keep the service running, deliver what you bought, and detect abuse.
  • Cookies — our hosting and email platforms set cookies to remember your preferences and detect abuse. See Section 6.

We do not collect:

  • Names (unless you give one to us in a message)
  • Phone numbers
  • Postal addresses
  • Full payment card details — Stripe handles every purchase and we never see or store your full card number, only the last four digits and brand for receipts and chargeback handling
  • Sensitive personal information (health, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, etc.)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only to:

  • Send you the daily Psalm emails you signed up for
  • Respond to messages you send us
  • Maintain the security and reliability of the Site
  • Understand how the Site is used so we can improve it
  • Comply with applicable law

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Who We Share Your Information With

We share data with a small number of trusted service providers, only when needed to operate the Site:

  • Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — our email platform. Your email address is stored with Kit so we can send you daily Psalms. Kit's privacy policy.
  • Webflow — our website hosting platform. They process standard log data on our behalf. Webflow's privacy policy.
  • Law enforcement or legal process — only if legally required (subpoena, court order).
  • In a business transaction — if GodsPrompts is ever sold or merged, your data may transfer to the new owner, subject to this Privacy Policy.

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.

4. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate information
  • Delete — request that we delete your personal information
  • Unsubscribe — opt out of marketing emails at any time (every email we send includes an unsubscribe link)
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — we don't sell or share your data for advertising, so there's nothing to opt out of, but you have the right to confirm this

To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@godsprompts.com. We respond within 30 days.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the rights listed above plus the right to non-discrimination for exercising them. We have not sold or shared personal information for advertising in the past 12 months and we don't plan to.

EU/UK residents (GDPR): Our legal basis for processing your email is your consent (when you submit the signup form). You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

5. How We Protect Your Information

Your data is stored with Kit and Webflow, both of which use industry-standard security (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security audits). We limit internal access to people who need it to operate the Site.

That said, no internet service is 100% secure. If we ever experience a data breach affecting your personal information, we'll notify you as required by law.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use a small number of cookies:

  • Webflow sets cookies for basic site functionality (page rendering, security tokens).
  • Kit sets cookies if you interact with our email signup form (to remember that you've already subscribed, prevent duplicate signups).

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics that track you across other sites.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work properly without them.

7. Children Under 13

GodsPrompts is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us their information, email us at admin@godsprompts.com and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify you by email (if we have your email) or by a prominent notice on the Site.

9. Contact Us
